Windows 2000 (a.k.a. NT 5.0) supports a great many new localization functionalities. This module, the first of many I will be posting, gives some basic functions for enumerating available UI languages and language "groups" that Windows 2000 support. To use, simply download the module UILangAndLangGroups and use the functions on any Windows 2000 machine. These functions have been tested on Beta 2, Beta 3, and RC3 of Windows 2000.
